Not many sophisticated travellers choose to sleep in the heart of Bangkok’s Chinatown. They know the area is great for food but has no rooms to match their sense of style. Shanghai Inn hotel is a right choice. There's a massive supermarket on the ground floor and as you go head upstairs, you’ll find several food outlets of Asia’s famous restaurants lining the way. There’s the famous seafood restaurant Je Ngor Kitchen along with Nam by Pasathan, a brand new coffeehouse managed by Pasathan Furniture & Decoration.

Apart from food, highlights are health with Yin Yang Massage and Spa on the third floor of the building introducing itself with its new ginger-wrapped foot massage.
The hotel has 51 deluxe rooms and four junior suites, all decorated in Chinese style. Surprisingly, there are also amenities on offer to the business traveller.

" I spent four nights at the Burasari and was very pleased indeed. The room was good-sized, very pleasant and spotlessly clean, with a safe and good amenities. The location in Patong was excellent, just a few minutes walk from the beach and about halfway between two main shopping strips.
Staff was very accomodating and helpful, and the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Burasari offered five-star service at a budget price, and I'd stay here again"

" We just came back from Phuket. Spent 2 nights at Burasari. Great experience. This hotel is in the middle of everything. Great location. Near the beach, near shops, eating places. The room is clean and new. The staff is very friendly and helpful..... always with a smile for everyone. This hotel is great for couples....... not so suitable for kids... we had our 4 year old girl with us and we find the place a little too small for her loads of energy.
Overall, I would recommend this place....... GREAT value for money, considering the location"
