You warrant that all information supplied by you in connection with your use of this Web Site is correct and that you are authorised to use any credit cards of yours to secure or make a Booking. MoreThailand.com reserves the right to cancel any Booking made by you if it discovers any details are incorrect or your use of such credit card is unauthorised.
These Terms and Conditions apply to each and every Booking made
by you on this Web Site.

" You are authorised to use this Web Site for booking Accommodation only. Use for any other purposes is included but any unlawful use is prohibited.

" You must not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from transfer or sell any information software products designs or services obtained from this Web Site.

" You accept the risk that data transmitted electronically to MoreThailand.com via the Web Site or otherwise may be intercepted before reaching MoreThailand.com or accessed from its data storage means by third parties unauthorised by MoreThailand.com and may be exploited unlawfully by the said unauthorised third parties. MoreThailand.com does not assume responsibility for guarding against the acts of the said unauthorised third parties.

" Information on the Web Site may be changed or updated without notice and any queries relating to the information including queries as to its decency and accuracy should be raised with MoreThailand.com at (Thailand) 02 954 1688

Exclusion of Liability in Relation to Use
" Whilst MoreThailand.com uses all reasonable efforts to ensure that all communications transmitted via this Web Site are secure and will remain confidential and that your use of this Web Site will not cause damage to your computer or the information stored thereon, save in the case of wilful acts or gross negligence by MoreThailand.com, no liability will be accepted by MoreThailand.com for direct loss or damage.

" In no circumstances will MoreThailand.com be liable to you for indirect, consequential, special or other damage howsoever resulting from the use of this Web Site or any other web site connected to the Web Site by means of a hypertext link or otherwise (whether such damage is caused by transmission from the Web Site or a connected web site to your computer system of viruses, worms, trojan horses or other destructive items, corrupted data or data incompatible with your computer system or third parties' interception of or access to data of whatever nature including without limitation personal data and credit and payment card information transmitted by you electronically to MoreThailand.com or otherwise) however caused such damage to include, without limitation, lost profits, interruption to business, loss of the whole or any part of a programme or programmes or any data howsoever stored whether saved on a computer system or otherwise.

" In all transactions, MoreThailand.com acts as a facilitator of the contract between you and the Accommodation. There is no contract until a request for a booking is confirmed by an email from MoreThailand.com. Once confirmed by MoreThailand.com the contract is between you and the Accommodation. MoreThailand.com cannot accept responsibility in the event that the Accommodation is unable to fulfill the reservation through being overbooked, or for any other reason outside the control of MoreThailand.com

" MoreThailand.com will use reasonable efforts to ensure details of all Accommodation and Rates are correct and up to date but accepts no liability for information which has been inaccurately supplied to MoreThailand.com for the purpose of this Web Site by any Accommodation.

Making a Booking
" In order to request to make a Booking you must fully and accurately complete all parts of the Booking form set out in this Web Site. The credit card details that are provided by you will be used to secure your Booking if the Accommodation is available. MoreThailand.com is not liable for any failure to secure a Booking for you at any available Accommodation due to insufficient details given by you to enable the Booking to be made.

" If Accommodation is available MoreThailand.comwill accept your Booking by sending you confirmation of your Booking instantly in the case of real-time booking or in writing (by fax, post or email) for booking by request. The confirmation will contain details of the Accommodation's cancellation and alteration policy (if any) for which you will be responsible if you alter or cancel the Booking (see below). You will be given a confirmation number as a reference number for your Booking. If Accommodation is not available MoreThailand.com will notify you that it has not been able to accept your offer and will endeavour to offer you alternative equivalent Accommodation. It is your responsibility to check the details in the confirmation and to advise MoreThailand.com immediately of any corrections required.

If you do not receive a confirmation or notification from MoreThailand.com you must contact MoreThailand.com at (Thailand) 02 954 1688 to confirm that your request has been received.

Payment, Alteration and Cancellation
" You are responsible for all payments due for Accommodation at the Rates including non-arrival/cancellation charges (unless your non-arrival is the fault of MoreThailand.com). Each Booking must be accompanied by valid credit card details, which will be passed directly to the Accommodation you are booking once we have accepted and confirmed your Booking. The Accommodation will deduct payment. If the Accommodation does not have credit card facilities then you will need to contact them to arrange payment.

" Any alterations by you to your Booking must be notified direct to MoreThailand.com as soon as possible (and in any event before your reserved arrival date). Please contact MoreThailand.com at (Thailand) 02 954 1688 with your Booking reference number.
" Alterations to your Booking may result in different applicable
" Rates. MoreThailand.com will not be liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of your failure to advise MoreThailand.com of your requested alterations.

" Any cancellation by you of your Booking must be notified directly to MoreThailand.com as soon as possible (and in any event before your reserved arrival date) Please call MoreThailand.com on (Thailand) 02 954 1688, or send an email with your Booking reference number. MoreThailand.com will then provide you with a cancellation reference number and advise you whether or not your cancellation will be treated by Accommodation as a non-arrival, for which a cancellation fee will be charged, according to the cancellation time, and the regulations of the particular accomodation. If the Booking is not cancelled you will be responsible for full payment.

" MoreThailand.com reserves the right to alter or cancel your Booking at any time in the event of unforeseen reasons beyond its control and will notify you at the address supplied by you as soon as reasonably possible.

" MoreThailand.com will not be liable for any loss suffered by you (other than in the case of personal injury or death) as a result of any breach of this agreement or failure to secure your Booking due to circumstances beyond its control or if such breach or failure is the fault of the Accommodation. It is specifically agreed that MoreThailand.com shall not be liable to you for any consequential loss, loss of profit or indirect damages whatsoever.

" Bookings are for accommodation only. You are responsible for arranging and paying for transport, insurance, meals and all other services that form part of your stay at the Accommodation.

" The failure by either party to enforce at any time or for any period any one or more of the terms or conditions of this Agreement shall not be a waiver of them or of the right at any time subsequently to enforce all terms and conditions of this Agreement.

" Each of these Terms and Conditions shall be construed separately and if any of them or any part of them shall be held to be void or unenforceable but would be valid or enforceable if part of the wording thereof were deleted such Term and Condition shall apply with such deletion as may be necessary to make the rest of them or it valid and effective.
" This agreement is made in Thailand and governed by Thai law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai Court.
