As with many of the great discoveries and innovations in the world today, the development of A2Z Professional Travel Co.,Ltd. came about through the fortunate conjunction of a series of meetings. Between both people, and the ideas they had, that seemed to complement each other. Dr Pongsak is the CEO of Taipan1.com , Co Ltd, a business venture that is developing a diversified portfolio of Internet projects, conducted through a network of joint ventures with entrepreneurs from a variety of different business sectors. Taipan1.com takes an equity stake in new ventures it believes can be a success, and plays an active management role in the projects that it incubates.

Dr. Pongsak saw the potential in a site devoted to Thailand's National Parks and other such like places, and so commissioned a market research and feasibility study to determine its potential for an online travel business. The national parks of Thailand (of which there are 139) have been favourite holiday destinations for nature and adventure lovers since their institution, but finding somewhere near them to stay is sometimes a problem. Especially for those with limited free time.

The survey revealed that the potential for a successful travel business was there, and the project got underway by employing a professional IT team, a Webmaster, and other staff to develop a professionally translated and edited English language version, in order to attract an international clientele.
